Available is a French tooth powder lidded pot. The brand was launched in the first half of the 19th 'century by Pierre Mussot (Doctor Pierre), a doctor who graduated from the prestigious Faculty of Medicine of Paris. The lid boasts a central boutique location at Place de l'Opera 8. This positioning targeted upscale, high-society Parisian clientele during a time when dental hygiene was evolving from a luxury into an everyday habit. There are hairlines in the lid and base and a few small chips all shown in the pictures.
