This is an antique Boots Cash Chemists Cold Cream lidded advertising pot from the late 19th or early 20th century. Boots Cash Chemists was founded in 1849 by John Boot in Nottingham, England.  His son, Jesse Boot, revolutionized the industry by purchasing stock in bulk and selling products at heavily discounted prices.  This pot has been recovered from a Victorian dig site.

This is a vintage/antique, pre-owned item with normal wear due to its age.
