Available is a c1924 Acme egg grading scale. These were used by small poultry farmers to grade eggs by weight to ensure proper market pricing. It is constructed with an aluminum cantilever arm and metal base, and functions by lifting numbered fins to counterbalance the weight of the egg. 3 ceramic eggs are included.
