Metal Blue Ribbon Flower Holder hairpin style flower frog. Painted chippy green, it features looped brass pins designed to hold flower stems securely without damaging them. The base is made of heavy metal to provide stability in a vase. These were popular in the 1920s and 1930s and are still used today.
Base is 2 1/4" diameter
