This is an antique English stoneware advertising cream pot from the late 19th or early 20th century, featuring transfer-print branding for Hailwood's Pure Rich Cream. This pot is heavily stained and crazed. There is a tiny chip in the lip as shown. This pot has been recovered from a Victorian dig site.
