Grimwade's "Quick Cooker"

Available is a Grimwade's "Quick Cooker" pudding basin and steam cooker, manufactured in England around 1911.  It was designed by Leonard Grimwade.  It features a hollow central "chimney" column that conducts heat and steam directly to the center of dense suet puddings or stews, cooking them from the inside out while placed inside a pot of boiling water.  This cooker has been sourced from England.  There is a tiny chip on the tip of the chimney.

Weight .96 lb.

This is a vintage/antique, pre-owned item with normal wear due to its age.
