Available is a Victorian ironstone jelly mold. Dense desserts like fruit jellies, aspics, and dairy-based blancmanges were poured hot into these molds. Once cooled and set, the dessert would be flipped upside down onto a platter, leaving a beautifully scalloped and detailed design on the outside of the food. This mold is stained and crazed due to being recovered from a Victorian dig site.

This is a vintage/antique, pre-owned item with normal wear due to its age.
