19th Century English Prattware Lidded Pot "The Snow Drift"
This is an antique 19th-century English Prattware lidded pot titled "The Snow Drift," featuring a multi-colored underglaze transfer print of a dog rescuing a ram after a painting by Edwin Landseer. There are a couple of tiny chips on the rim of the lid and on the base as shown in the pictures. This pot is stained and crazed. It has been recovered from a Victorian dig site.
4 1/4" diameter, 2" tall
Weight 1.03 lb.
This is a vintage/antique, pre-owned item with normal wear due to its age.
