This is a vintage plastic sleigh with a Santa added (not sure they originally came together). Some of the plastic at the back end of the sleigh has been broken, as shown, but still displays well.
4 1/2" x 2" x 3 1/4" to top of Santa
Weight .05 lb.
This is a vintage/antique, pre-owned item with normal wear due to its age.
