Available is an ironstone Escoffier Moutarde Aux Fines Herbes pot, c1890-1900. This product was typically produced in England for the French market. It was named in honor of the legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier, who revolutionized classic French cuisine. The pot is stamped Made in England on the bottom. There is fine crazing all over. This pot has been recovered from a Victorian dig site.
