Available is a CHOICE of 5 styles of pie funnels. A pie funnel-also known as a pie vent or pie chimney-is a hollow ceramic tool placed in the center of a pie before baking. It vents hot steam from the filling to stop the crust from getting soggy and prevents juices from bubbling over. It also supports the top pastry dough, so it does not sink.
