Available is your CHOICE of three antique oak barrels with copper bands. These oak barrels were used to age Calvados brandy. They were crafted using the traditional, highly skilled art of coopering. The structure relies on tension, precise angles, and pressure to stay together without glue or internal nails. Option A has the engraved signature of A Robbe. This maker's mark indicates the piece was handcrafted by a specialist artisan or artisan workshop, c1890s-1930s. Option B & C are unmarked.
A-Oval Shaped Barrel
