Available is a Charles Meigh Apostle jug, a neo-gothic pitcher. The body features an octagonal shape molded with eight Gothic arches, each containing a figure of a saint or king. There are also two figures on the handle as shown. The impressed numbers on the bottom provide crucial identifying details. The number 24 is a factory size code indicator and the 49 could denote the final production year of this specific run 1849 right before the firm transitioned to Charles Meigh & Son maker's mark. This jug has been sourced from England.
